Jesus is our true example of ministry leadership. Ministry is about serving
the needs of others. Leadership is about directing, influencing, and facilitating the actions or
activities of others. Ministry leadership is when ordinary people with varied God-given talents
submit their lives to God and allow Him to use their spiritual gifts. Ministry leadership is not
about a position or title but rather a specific calling that God has placed upon each of our lives.
"But he that is the greatest among you shall be your servant." (Matthew 23:11 KJV).
